Thank you for your E-mail of March 17, 2002. I appreciate your
willingness to write and advise me of your concerns over the recent discovery of
unmarked graves near the Pebble Creek subdivision.
I have been following this issue through recent newspaper accounts, and know
that the Hanover County Planning Department has been involved to make certain
that all state and local ordinances are complied with in the relocation of these
graves. I am confident that everyone concerned will do their best to
accomplish this in an appropriate manner.
