Status of what has been done by private citizens regarding Pebble Creek fiasco

  1. Crime reported to VA State Police on 3 April, 2002
  2. Complaint filed to VA Board of Funeral Directors against Woody’s Funeral Home on 4 April, 2002
  3. Request for Review/Complaint filed with the VA Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission regarding Hon. John R. Alderman’s actions in Hanover County court on 8 April, 2002
  4. Two separate complaints filed with the Dept. of Professional & Occupational Regulation Enforcement Division against Hanover Memorial Park and PMG-One, LLC on 9 April, 2002
  5. 185 letters mailed out to descendants/family members of the Sydnor family. Edward Garland Sydnor never sold approx. one acre of land containing graveyards per 1855 deed/re-recorded in 1866. No adverse possession was ever obtained by anyone for this area of land. Graveyards were recorded on maps and within other documents.
  6. Media has been contacted including local television stations, local newspapers, CNN, The Washington Times, etc.

I would hope someone from the Attorney General’s office would reply to me regarding this matter.  This is not my first attempt at contacting the office. If additional documentation is requested or needed, please feel free to contact me.
