My son tries to keep this cemetery cleaned up, but
lacked the resources and equipment to do so. He also found many
"markers" which are like head and foot markers, but no headstones.
I visit him and this cemetery at least two times each year, and
he keeps access open for anyone who would wish to visit, including
relative of James Daniel Murphree, who have been there several times.
He definitely is NOT neglecting this site, he feels very
privileged to have it on his property. He is reluctant to cut
down trees or do heavy cleaning of this site, as he does not want to
disturb the graves any more than is necessary. If you would like
