Update

In August 2003 I was informed that this cemetery has been cleaned up. I went to see for myself and it is now fenced, has a sign, wooden stakes mark where stones used to be, some have been repaired and most of the brush has been cleared off. To date, I do not know who is responsible for the clean up. But I wish to thank them!
