It is my understanding that the cemetery is being cleaned up.
However, I was told the money is available for clean-up, but there is
not enough man-power. I am willing to help in the clean-up of this grave
site. Over the years that I have visited the area, this is the first
time I have been able access the grave-site.
My great-grandmother, Martha Susan Wallace Lunsford is buried in this
location. Her grave is fenced in separate from the other graves, due to
my uncles placing a green fence around her burial site. However, the
fence posts surrounding the cemetery have been knocked down and the cows
that graze in the area have been in the cemetery property and have
contributed to the broken grave stones.
