I was there June
30,2000, looking for my great-great grandfather and
wife, along with great-grandfather to my 4 th great
grandfather. The lawn is cut, but, the head stones a
broken and some of them you can't read. Head stones
have been moved so you can not tell where the person
for the head stone is laid. Head stones have been
changed, also. The person who owns the land is my
great great grandmothers descendents. They are named
Lane, so I do not know where any of my relatives are
buried in the cemetery with it changed from one spot
to another.

I found out from the
neighbor next store to the cemetery, he said that they
really don't take care of the cemetery at all. I have
been trying to find my cousin through marriage, but
haven't been able to. Like I mentioned I just found
out who owned the cemetery.
Current Status
Don't know, But Alsip
was thinking about making it a historical site, from
what the neighbor said. So I don't know what is going
on with that.
