Other_Information:
East Washita Cemetery is an almost forgotten cemetery. This Cemetery is located at Washita, Ark. at
the boat dock, where highway 88 meets highway 27. It is located on top of a steep hill, covered with trees
and brush. Trash is everywhere, and people have ridden their 3 wheelers, etc. up the hill through the old
cemetery. There are a few headstones left, but not many. If this abuse continues, this cemetery will
disappear forever.
