Location

Surveyed by Lana Floyd in October of 1988. (email address above)

Description

15, possibly 17, graves sits on top of a small hill, had been vandalized in 1987, and is overgrown with plants. Located off hwy 117 in Jackson Co., AL and can be found on maps of that area.

Other Problems

Mainly no one to care for it and no perpetual funding to pay for commercial service.

Previous Contacts

No one. I didn't know who to contact.

Current Status

As far as I know, except for more plant growth, it is much like it was in 1988. Prior to his death, Mr. Thomas tried to clear the cemetery once or twice a year, but since then, no one has done any work to my knowledge.
