Update

The owner of the original Cemetery in Wasilla Alaska is planning on building a triplex apartment building that would cover the cemetery. The city of Wasilla has given a permit for this to happen. Our group, Friends of Old Knik and the Knik Chiefs foundation has been appealing this decision all summer and we are running out of time to protect this cemetery. Our attorney's are helping but the land owner is determined to develop this cemetery for her profit.
